Note that we do offer ocean freight which may take a little longer but is usually cheaper.
What you should know about our courier service
As a rule courier generally makes use of air freight to transport items. this is mre expensive than sea freight but is a lot faster.
In most instances we can deliver within anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the origin and destination.
How your charges are calculated
In determining the cost for the services we will request the dimensions (in metric units) of the item so as to know the volume of the item along with the weight (in kilograms) but that's not all we also need the weight in kilograms of the item along with the weight (in kilograms).
Both pieces of information are used to calculate its volumetric weight.
